I started Lease Investment Advisors because I believe every family and small business deserves access to thoughtful, personalized financial advice—not just those with seven-figure portfolios. That's why I don't have account minimums. Whether you're just starting to save or managing a complex financial situation, I'm here to help you build a solid financial foundation.
My Background
My path to becoming a financial advisor started with a finance degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey. After graduation, I spent several years working as a financial analyst and later as a cost and budget analyst. These roles gave me a deep appreciation for how businesses operate, how to analyze financial data, and most importantly, how real people think about money.
During those years, I watched colleagues stress over retirement decisions, struggle to understand their 401(k) options, and wonder if they were making the right financial choices. Many couldn't afford traditional financial advisors because they didn't have enough saved yet. I realized there was a real need for accessible, honest financial guidance—especially for families and small business owners who are building wealth, not just managing it.
So I earned my Series 65 license, navigated the regulatory requirements, and founded Lease Investment Advisors as a registered investment adviser with the State of New Jersey. Today, I serve as both the founder and Chief Compliance Officer, ensuring that every client receives advice that's held to the highest fiduciary standard.
My Investment Philosophy
I'm a fundamental investor at heart, heavily influenced by Benjamin Graham's principles of value investing. I believe in understanding what you own, focusing on quality companies, and taking a long-term perspective. Market volatility is inevitable—but with a sound strategy and diversified portfolio built on solid fundamentals, we can weather the ups and downs.
Who I Serve
I work primarily with two groups:
Families who are juggling competing priorities—saving for retirement, funding education, paying down debt, and trying to build wealth for the future. You need someone who can help you see the big picture and make smart decisions with confidence.
Self-Employed & Small business owners: whether you're self-employed and want to maximize your own retirement savings, or you're a small business owner looking to offer competitive 401(k) benefits to your team. I help you select the right plan structure, manage investments, and meet your fiduciary responsibilities—so you can focus on running your business.
How I Work
I'm not a salesperson. I don't earn commissions, and I don't push products. As a fee-only fiduciary advisor, I'm legally and ethically required to put your interests first—always. My compensation comes directly from you through transparent management fees, which means my success is tied to yours.
I believe in building long-term relationships, not making quick transactions. We'll meet regularly (typically quarterly) to review your progress, discuss any life changes, and adjust your plan as needed. You'll always know exactly what you're paying and what you're getting in return.
